To return an item, visit our Returns Portal, log in to your account, and select the item(s) you’d like to return.

Follow the steps to generate a return label. You can drop off your package at any UPS or USPS location.

If you added Redo Coverage at checkout, your return for store credit or exchange is free. If not, a $7.50 label fee will be deducted from your refund.
